As well as a traditional fruit cake, sponge cakes are available in any flavour including the traditional:
Madeira, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Orange.
Vegan cakes and gluten free cakes are also widely available.

2. Do you require a single tier cake, or two or more tiers?
3. If more than one tier, is the cake to be stacked (each tier sitting on the one below), or do you require a cake stand
to display each tier?
4. Is the cake to be fruit or sponge? If more than one tier, do you require a combination of fruit and sponge?
5. Have you thought about the style of the decoration? Take a look at the Gallery for ideas and inspiration.
